At JEWEL MINIMALS, every piece is created and packed with care, and we truly hope you love your jewellery as much as we loved creating it.

However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns only for:

  • damaged products,

  • incorrect items received,

  • or manufacturing defects.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in its original packaging,

  • the return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery,

  • and a clear unboxing video/photo proof may be required for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • change of mind,

  • personal preferences,

  • minor color variations due to screen settings,

  • or products that have been used, damaged, or improperly handled after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

  • refunds will be processed to the original payment method,

  • or provided as store credit, depending on the case.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect after approval.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be offered depending on product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • store credit,

  • an alternative product,

  • or a refund where applicable.

Damaged or Wrong Orders

If you receive:

  • a damaged product,

  • a missing item,

  • or the wrong order,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. your order number,

  2. clear images/videos,

  3. and a brief explanation of the issue.

We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Anti-Tarnish Care Note

Our jewellery is crafted to be anti-tarnish and long-lasting. However, improper care, harsh chemical exposure, perfumes, or moisture damage over time may not qualify for refunds or replacements.

We always recommend following the jewellery care instructions for the best experience.
